By downloading, installing, or using the Starbae iOS application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms are a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "you") and Starbae ("we," "us," or "our").
Starbae is an AI-based astrology and life advice application available on iOS devices. The content provided by Starbae is intended for informational and entertainment purposes only. Starbae makes no representation or guarantee of the accuracy, reliability, or effectiveness of any astrological readings or life advice provided through the App.

Starbae reserves the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice to users. Any price changes will be effective at the start of the next subscription period.
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements and that the information you provide to us is accurate and complete.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use the App. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
All content, features, and functionality in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Starbae or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any content without prior written consent from Starbae.
The App and all content therein are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Starbae does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any advice or information provided through the App will be accurate, reliable, or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Starbae, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App. In no event shall Starbae's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount of fifty US dollars ($50.00) or the amount you paid Starbae in the past six months, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Starbae, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) resulting from or arising out of your use of the App or breach of these Terms.
Starbae reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Starbae may also revise these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the App after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. We encourage you to periodically review these Terms for updates.
These Terms are between you and Starbae, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple is not responsible for the App and its content. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App to you (if applicable); and, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App, including: (a) product liability claims; (b) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (c) claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware, USA, for the resolution of any disputes.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Starbae regarding the use of the App and supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements between you and Starbae relating thereto.
